  • Ethiopian Green Coffee | Benti Neka Washed
This rare organic-certified coffee from Benti Neka in West Guji is washed-processed to highlight its clean, bright character. Cherries grown at 1,900–2,200 masl are pulped, fermented for 36–48 hours, and dried 7–9 days before milling. The result is a crisp cup with honey, citrus, and pear notes and a light, tea-like body.

Benti Neka maintains strong traceability with a voucher system that tracks each lot back to the farmers. In Guji, coffee holds deep cultural roots, and many growers still use traditional, sustainable practices with indigenous varieties intercropped alongside food crops.

Ethiopian coffees are graded from 1–9, with 1–2 considered specialty. As the birthplace of Arabica, Ethiopia produces only a small share of global coffee, yet offers exceptional diversity—especially from regions like Yirgacheffe, Sidama, and Guji.
